• क्यों व्यर्थ की चिंता करते हो? किससे व्यर्थ डरते हो? कौन तुम्हें मार सक्ता है? आत्मा ना पैदा होती है, न मरती है।

• जो हुआ, वह अच्छा हुआ, जो हो रहा है, वह अच्छा हो रहा है, जो होगा, वह भी अच्छा ही होगा। तुम भूत का पश्चाताप न करो। भविष्य की चिन्ता न करो। वर्तमान चल रहा है।

• तुम्हारा क्या गया, जो तुम रोते हो? तुम क्या लाए थे, जो तुमने खो दिया? तुमने क्या पैदा किया था, जो नाश हो गया? न तुम कुछ लेकर आए, जो लिया यहीं से लिया। जो दिया, यहीं पर दिया। जो लिया, इसी (भगवान) से लिया। जो दिया, इसी को दिया।

• खाली हाथ आए और खाली हाथ चले। जो आज तुम्हारा है, कल और किसी का था, परसों किसी और का होगा। तुम इसे अपना समझ कर मग्न हो रहे हो। बस यही प्रसन्नता तुम्हारे दु:खों का कारण है।

• परिवर्तन संसार का नियम है। जिसे तुम मृत्यु समझते हो, वही तो जीवन है। एक क्षण में तुम करोड़ों के स्वामी बन जाते हो, दूसरे ही क्षण में तुम दरिद्र हो जाते हो। मेरा-तेरा, छोटा-बड़ा, अपना-पराया, मन से मिटा दो, फिर सब तुम्हारा है, तुम सबके हो।

• न यह शरीर तुम्हारा है, न तुम शरीर के हो। यह अग्नि, जल, वायु, पृथ्वी, आकाश से बना है और इसी में मिल जायेगा। परन्तु आत्मा स्थिर है - फिर तुम क्या हो?

• तुम अपने आपको भगवान के अर्पित करो। यही सबसे उत्तम सहारा है। जो इसके सहारे को जानता है वह भय, चिन्ता, शोक से सर्वदा मुक्त है।

• जो कुछ भी तू करता है, उसे भगवान के अर्पण करता चल। ऐसा करने से सदा जीवन-मुक्त का आनन्द अनुभव करेगा।

Here is a simple positive habit that will change your attitude in seconds!
Choose or create a positive mental attitude trigger phrase and repeat it aloud many times each day. A habit trigger is an event, action, or thought that helps to reinforce your positive habits.

Your trigger phrases will help you to maintain a positive mental attitude. Choose or make up a positive phrase, such as:

" I know I can do it."

" I can overcome any obstacle."

" I am reaching my success goals every day."

" I am getting stronger and stronger every day."

" Every day I am getting closer and closer to my goals in life."

" If I believe it I can achieve it."

" Every day, my mental attitude is becoming more positive."

Write down your trigger phrase on Post-it notes; place them on the mirror of your car, on your bathroom mirror, carry the note in your pocket. Repeat the phrase many times every day, remember to say it with emotion, believe it with all your heart. Make it a habit to repeat this phrase at least 30 times a day. Start your day with it.

The more you repeat your trigger phrases, the greater their effect will be on your attitude. Whenever a negative thought enters your mind, replace it with your positive-attitude trigger phrase. You will now be building success-oriented positive thought patterns.

This habit will help you achieve a positive mental attitude automatically.

मुस्कराता भारत ( एक खेल)
इस खेल में आपके द्वारा समर्पित सहभागिता से प्रत्येक भारतवासी प्रसन्न नागरिक होगा और हमारा देश प्रसन्न, मुस्कराता, खिलखिलाता , आनंदमय भारत होगा.
खेल मंत्र : आनंद और उद्देश्य पूर्ण जीवन के लिए प्रत्येक पल का उपयोग करें.
खेल की विधि
१.  प्रत्येक पल आनंद में रहते हुए प्रसन्नता एवं मुस्कराहट के साथ अपना कार्य पूर्ण कौशल के साथ करें.
२.  अपने हर छोटे से छोटे कार्य को पूरा कर लेने पर मन में हर्षित हों और ख़ुशी का अनुभव करें.
३.  अगला कार्य पिछले कार्य से सभी प्रकार से बेहतर करें.
४.  सभी से प्रसन्नता के साथ मुस्कराकर हंसते हुए मिलें.
५.  जब भी अवसर मिले खिल खिलाकर हँसे और थोड़ी देर शांत बैठ कर दिमाग को शांति प्रदान करें.
६.  इन बातों  का जीवन में हर समय, हर परिस्तिथि में अभ्यास करें, इन्हें अपनी आदत बनायें.

Demolish Your Worries :
Pin Point The warning thought.
Look for the evidence.
Put yourself in some one else shoes.
Cost benefit analysis.
Think in shades of gray.
Watch out for distorted thinking.
Explore the worst possible outcome.
Box in your worries.
Keep perspective.
Visualize yourself in 10 years from now.
Turn worry in to action.
Distract yourself.

Ways to cope with crisis :
Be rational (logical), Scientific – remember that useless or harmful ideas (thought) are normal & nothing worse will happen, only wait & watch.
Only now matters, don’t think about what might happen.
Except the feelings & not pay much attention for thoughts.
Take slow deep breaths. Concentrating on breathing out.
Talk to some body , tell a close friend what you are feeling.
Concentrate as the feelings gradually subside, you think negative feelings will always subside because they have transient period of disturbing people.

Control Your Fears :
Understand your fear. Where did it come from , did you have a bad experience. Were you expose to people who taught this fear to you.
What are you afraid off. Write down five things that you think will happen if you face your fear.
Fear & anxiety can be managed by relaxation.
Face your phobia, if you will not face it will not go.
Rank your fears & be happy with your less fear.

Overcome to your depression :
Set yourself on simple tasks.
Keep a dairy of your activities & give value to positive things & ignore negative thoughts.
Challenge negative thoughts.
Talk to other people confide in close friends & member of your family.
Take some exercises.
Examine your goals.

Each of us has such a bank. Its name is time.

Every morning it’s credits you with 86400 seconds.
Every night it writes off, as lost, whatever of this you have failed to invest.
It carries over no balance. It allows no overdraft.
Each day it open a new account for you.
If you fail to use the day’s deposits, the loss is yours.
There is no going back.
There is not the “Tomorrow”.
You must live in the present on today’s deposits.

Invest it so as to get from it the ut most in health, happiness & success.
The clock is running, make the most of today.

To realize the value of one year, ask a student who failed a grade.
To realize the value of one month, ask a mother who gave birth prematurely.
To realize the value of one week, ask the editor of a weekly newspaper.

The Truth About Positive Thinking
A lot of people are very skeptical about positive thinking because they have tried it in the past and did not see any real improvement in their lives.

Those who dismiss positive thinking are in fact right about one thing – Positive thinking alone will NOT change your life.
The truth is that there are no magical genies waiting to make your dreams come true just because you maintain a positive attitude.
This does not however mean that positive thinking is a waste of time. On the contrary, positive thinking is the first step of a powerful process that can and will change your life if you choose to apply it.
Here is the truth about positive thinking…

Positive thinking is only effective when it inspires you to take positive action towards achieving your goals.
Over time, repeated positive action becomes a positive habit and it is these habits that will bring you the positive results you desire.
The main reason people become disillusioned with positive thinking is because they mistakenly expect positive thoughts to lead directly to positive results. When things don’t improve, they then dismiss the concept of positive thinking entirely. This is a big mistake.
Once, you understand that positive thinking is the first step of a powerful four step process, you will discover that the true benefit of positive thinking is that it gives you the impetus to take action.

You may often hear about the power of positive thinking, and in a very negative way think to yourself: “what a load of crap!” I can relate to this way of thinking – I spent many years being cynical all the time. It did me no good to be that way, and I eventually realized that I was setting myself up for disasters time and time again.
Now, I’m not going to sit here and tell you that you can change the world by being positive all the time. I also won’t tell you that you can avoid negative things happening in your life, just by being positive. What I am going to tell you is this: a positive attitude and mentality, success, and positive outcomes all go hand in hand with each other. In other words, if you believe you can achieve something, and you maintain a positive attitude even when times get tough, you will prevail. If you give up, of course, you will fail. Basically; what the mind thinks is what the mind will attain and / or make happen. So, if the mind thinks that failure is immanent, it sure is! Your thoughts are shaping your life, whether you want them to or not.
A great example of this is in a competition where you have two or more athletes all up for one prize or goal. Alan, Mark, and Joey (real scenario, made up names) are all competing at the same level, and are of very comparable skills and physical attributes.
Alan feels ready to take on the competition even though he knows he is up against tough competitors, and he is confident that he will win – it shows in his actions, even on his face. Mark feels pretty confident but he’s still not 100 per cent sure of himself, and Joey, though he knows he is an amazing athlete, does not feel up to par to be competing with Alan and Mark.
Joey has a negative attitude toward the outcome of this competition, before it has even begun. Just like the way the positive energy showed on Alan’s face, Joey’s negative attitude is shining strong too. Unfortunately for him, the judges of this particular competition are looking for the athlete who is most confident in what they do, even if they do it with slightly less gusto than those against them.
Alan, of course, won this competition, though even he agreed that he was not the better athlete of the three. It was his opinion that Joey was likely to be the best in this competition, but he was determined to win, and maintained his positivity through to the end.
A cheesy example, maybe, but if you take anything from this, than I don’t mind being a bit of a cheeseball. If I can sway just one negative natty to try positive thinking I have done my job here. Just remember that positive thinking and attitude don’t just come over night. It takes a lot of practice to go from being negative all the time to being positive. It gets easier once you see results, so just be positive – positive thinking will prove its power to you to!
